Rates
Individual Session:
$250 – 53 min. session (Dr. Lisa Bendimez)
$225 – 53 min. session (Dr. Angelica Munoz)
Additional therapy time: $50 / 15-minutes
Completion of forms:
$300/hour (charged at $75 per 15-minute increment). A minimum of a one week’s notice is required for the completion of all documents/forms.
Rush requests will be billed at $400/hour.
Insurance
We’re pleased to accept Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and PPO insurance plans. For PPO plans, we can provide a Superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance company.
Payment
We gladly accept all major credit cards for payment. To provide a convenient experience, all payments are automatically set to auto-pay and charged at the end of each day.
